Camp software that fills sessions and collects the balance

Camps sell in sessions, price by date, and get paid in two parts. ClassPulse models all of that directly — early-bird tiers, deposits with an automatic balance charge, add-ons like extended care, and a Today board built for the first morning of camp.

Registration families finish in one sitting

Pick the sessions, pick the add-ons, sign the waivers, pay the deposit. One checkout per family, every camper.

Sessions, not weekly classes

A camp is a whole-session purchase with its own dates, capacity and price. Families see every session on your public page, filter by location and week, and register in one pass — no per-day enrollment to untangle.

Early-bird tiers that expire on their own

Set a price for registrations before a date, another before the next, and the regular price after. The right price applies automatically on the day a family registers.

Add-ons, required or optional

Before-care, after-care, lunch, a T-shirt — each add-on has its own price and can be required for the session or left to the family. Quantities and totals roll into one checkout.

Money and paperwork handled before camp starts

Deposit now, balance on your date

Collect a deposit at registration and set a balance-due date per session. On that date the remaining balance is charged to the card on file automatically; a failed charge goes into the same reminder sequence as any other payment.

Sibling discounts on camps

Your sibling discount rules apply to camp registrations too — the second and third camper in a family get the discount at checkout without a code.

Forms and waivers before day one

Required waivers are collected at registration. The Today board shows which campers this week are still missing a form, so nothing is chased on the first morning.

A Today board for camp day

This week's campers by campus, check-ins so far, campers still missing a form, families with a balance due, and who has extended care today. The things a camp director checks at 7:45am, on one screen.

Your camps on your website

An embeddable camp list with location and date filters drops into your existing site with one snippet. Families browse, register and pay without leaving your page; staff manage it all from ClassPulse.

Camp FAQs

Can we run camps alongside our regular classes?

Yes. Camps are a session type in the same system as your weekly classes, so a gymnastics gym or swim school can sell summer camps next to its fall schedule, with the same families, cards on file and sibling discounts.

Does it do payment plans?

It does a deposit at registration plus one automatic balance charge on the date you set per session. It does not split the balance into multiple installments today — if you need that, tell us and we will give you a straight answer on timing.

What does camp day look like for staff?

The Today board lists this week's campers by campus, check-ins so far, campers missing a form, families with a balance due, and who has an extended-care add-on today. Check-in works from a phone or a lobby tablet.

Can we put the camp list on our own website?

Yes. The embeddable camps widget drops into any site with a copy-paste snippet and supports location and date filters, so families browse and register without leaving your website.

We're on CampBrain. What moves over?

Households and campers import from a CSV export with our guided templates, including allergies and emergency contacts. Payment history stays in your old account. Most camps import in an afternoon and build next summer's sessions the same week.

How is it priced?

Flat monthly tiers by camper count — free up to 50, then $49, $99 and $199 — with no per-registration fee. Payment processing is Stripe's standard rate plus a 0.75% platform fee, published on our pricing page.
