Can we switch mid-season?

Yes. ClassPulse imports families, students and enrollments from CSV files (and has dedicated importers for Jackrabbit, TrueCoach and Acuity exports), so you can bring your roster over at any point. Many studios run the free plan alongside their current system for a few weeks before moving billing.

What transfers and what doesn't?

People and enrollments transfer. Payment history and past schedules do not — you start those fresh in ClassPulse, and your records stay in your old account for as long as you keep it. Our import templates validate your files and flag problems before anything is written.

Does ClassPulse require a contract or setup fee?

No. There are no contracts, setup fees or cancellation penalties. Every plan is month-to-month. The Free plan (up to 50 students) is free forever, not a trial.

Why is ClassPulse priced differently?

Most of the products above scale their price with your enrollment, your locations or your calendars. ClassPulse uses flat monthly tiers — $0 up to 50 students, $49 up to 100, $99 up to 500, $199 up to 2,000 — so growing within your tier costs nothing extra. Payment processing is Stripe's standard rate plus a 0.75% platform fee, published on our pricing page.

Is ClassPulse missing features that the established products have?
